General office policies and information:
- We do require 48-hour notification for cancellation of any appointment. Please call if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment – sometimes we can alter our clinic schedule to help you to avoid a late cancellation fee. We charge in full for missed appointments or late cancellation
- We do not participate in any “commercial” insurance plans; therefore payment is required at the time of service. We do provide you with invoices that you may submit to your insurance plan. We will assist you in any way possible when submitting your claims for reimbursement, and we will do our best to help with pre-certification of services, or “doctor-to-doctor” phone calls. We do not participate in Medicare or Medicaid or any insurance affiliated with the U.S. Military, Department of Homeland Security, or any Federal or State government programs.
