The Neuroscience Center provides a variety of cutting-edge treatments that address brain illness that occurs in Psychiatric and Pain conditions. Because each patient is unique, and in-need of an individualized treatment plan, it is impossible to provide treatment costs until a treatment plan have been developed. The first step in this process is for you to have a simple phone or email conversation with our office. There is no charge for telling us about your history and challenges. If we can help you, we will suggest that you schedule an in-office evaluation at our clinic. If we feel we cannot help you, we’ll do our best to make sure you are referred to someone who can.
“Can my treatment be financed with monthly payments?”
The Neuroscience Center has partnered with CareCredit and also with My Treatment Lender to provide financing options. For more information, please click here to view financing options or to calculate what your monthly payment might be.
“Do you take my insurance?”
Our cost in providing ketamine infusions and other therapies is not covered by any insurance companies to the extent necessary to meet expenses. Therefore, we do not participate in any insurance plans and will not bill them on your behalf. We will provide you the necessary forms for you to submit to your insurance company after treatment for reimbursement to the extent that they will cover this service.
UPDATE: We are extremely excited to announce that we are currently working on an arrangement that will cause insurance companies to cover our TMS/ketamine Combination Therapy treatments!
“Do you take Medicare or Medicaid?”
We do not, however our office may still be able to help you by referring you to an appropriate local provider who does.
UPDATE: We are extremely excited to announce that we are currently working on an arrangement that will cause insurance companies to cover our TMS/ketamine Combination Therapy treatments!
“Does your center provide rTMS or Ketamine Infusion Therapy?”
Yes, we also provide a Combination Therapy. For severe cases, it is faster and more potently effective than either treatment alone.
“I don’t live in Chicago. Do you treat patients from surrounding areas or other states?”
Yes. We have many patients who travel long distances or many who take public transportation to be treated at our facility. We also treat patients from other states and countries. If distance or transportation is preventing you from being treated and so that you can feel better, please contact us and perhaps we can offer some suggestions.
